These independent professionals perform all legal, tax, translation, or document-related work. We do not provide legal, financial, tax, immigration, or professional advisory services directly, and we are not responsible for their actions, decisions, or omissions. All professional responsibilities rest with the independent service providers.
Service Modification and Availability
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time without prior notice. We are not liable for any service interruptions caused by external factors beyond our control.
Fees and Payments
All service fees are displayed clearly at the time of purchase. Depending on the service, fees may include process fees, success fees, subscription fees, or additional charges required by external authorities. You agree to pay all applicable fees and understand that certain fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the specific service policy.
Refunds and Cancellations
Refund eligibility varies by service. Each service includes a dedicated refund and cancellation policy, which forms part of these Terms. Refunds may be reduced if discount codes were used. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within the stated timeframe.
No Warranty
The services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. While we aim for accuracy and timely delivery, we do not guarantee outcomes, approvals, or results, as final decisions are always made by third-party authorities such as government bodies, banks, or legal professionals.
Limitation of Liability
FutureMigrate is not liable for any loss, delay, damage, or inconvenience resulting from third-party actions, external authorities, inaccurate client information, or events beyond our control. By using our services, you agree to hold FutureMigrate harmless from any claims arising from the use of third-party professional services.
User Content and Accuracy
You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of all documents, forms, and information provided during any service process. Any misrepresentation may affect eligibility, approval, or processing time, and we are not responsible for resulting consequences.
Prohibited Activities
You agree not to misuse the platform, violate laws, engage in fraudulent activities, or interfere with the functionality of our services.
Intermediary Role
FutureMigrate provides administrative support and coordination only. All professional, legal, and governmental activities are handled exclusively by accredited third-party professionals. FutureMigrate does not provide legal advice, tax advice, banking services, or immigration representations.
Service-Specific Terms
The following service categories include their own rules, which form part of these Terms:
Bank Account Opening Service
FutureMigrate acts solely as an intermediary connecting you with Portuguese banks. We do not guarantee approval, and decisions are made solely by the bank. Fees include process fees and success fees. In case of bank refusal, only the success fee portion is refundable.
NIF Portugal Service
You authorize FutureMigrate to coordinate your NIF application via accredited Portuguese lawyers. Refunds apply only to the success fee if delivery timelines are missed due to our oversight. Cancellations within 24 hours qualify for a full refund.
NISS Portugal Service
FutureMigrate facilitates your NISS application through accredited legal professionals. Refunds of the success fee apply only if delays are caused by us. Cancellations within 24 hours qualify for a full refund.
Tax Representation Service
Tax representation is free for the first six months and renews annually unless canceled. Clients receive renewal reminders before charges occur. You may cancel anytime, and renewal fees are refundable if requested within the specified period after billing.
Visa Application Dossier Review
FutureMigrate connects you with independent legal professionals who review your visa dossier. We are not responsible for outcomes, recommendations, or decisions made by those professionals.
Document Certification and Notarization
We coordinate your certification or notarization through accredited partners. You must provide accurate documents. We are not liable for refusals by notaries or legal authorities.
Official Document Translation Services
We facilitate translations through accredited translators. We do not provide translation directly and are not responsible for translation errors resulting from incorrect or incomplete client information.
Tax Consultation
We connect you with accredited tax professionals. FutureMigrate does not offer tax advice and is not responsible for professional decisions or consultations.
Visa Assistance Package
We provide resources, checklists, and coordination with accredited professionals. FutureMigrate does not provide legal advice and is not responsible for professional actions or visa approvals.
NIE Spain Service
We coordinate the NIE process through Spanish representatives and a notarization partner (when applicable). Refunds, cancellations, and responsibilities follow the detailed policy included in this service description.

Miscellaneous
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and FutureMigrate. If any provision is deemed invalid, the remaining terms remain enforceable. You waive any defenses related to the electronic form of these Terms.
