How consultancy fees, installments, and refunds work across our Study Visa, Germany Job Seeker Visa, Sweden Job Seeker Visa, and German Ausbildung services — including cancellation windows and visa outcome protections.
1. Study Visa Refund Policy
1.1 Study Visa Consultancy Fee
The total consultancy fee for the Study Visa is payable in two installments:

1.2 Refund Within 10 Days Refundable
If the client decides to cancel the process within 10 calendar days of making the initial payment, Future Migrate shall provide a 100% refund of the first installment (50 %).
1.3 Refund After 10 Days Partially Refundable
If the client cancels the process after 10 calendar days of payment, but before receiving any university or institution acceptance, only 50% of the first installment shall be refunded.
1.4 Cancellation Before Acceptance Partially Retained
If the Student or Client voluntarily withdraws or closes their case before receiving an acceptance letter, approval letter, or offer letter from any university, educational institution, or company, Future Migrate reserves the right to retain 50% of the first installment as service, administrative, and processing charges. The remaining amount, if applicable, will be refunded in accordance with the company’s refund policy.
1.5 No Refund After Acceptance Letter Non-Refundable
Once an Acceptance Letter has been issued by any university or educational institution, the first installment becomes non-refundable.
1.6 Second Installment Refund Policy Refundable
The second installment is payable after receiving the Acceptance Letter and before submission of the Visa Application. In case of visa refusal by the Embassy or Immigration Authorities, the second installment shall be refunded to the client.
1.7 Next Intake Policy
In case of visa refusal, if the client wishes to continue the process for the next intake/session, Future Migrate will continue consultancy services without charging any additional consultancy fee.
2. German Job Seeker Visa
2.1 Visa Refusal Partially Refundable
If the Germany Job Seeker Visa application is refused, 50% of the consultancy and processing fee will be refunded to the applicant. Embassy fees and degree assessment fees are non-refundable.
2.2 Cancellation Within 2 Days Partially Refundable
The client has the right to request a refund within two (2) calendar days from the date of signing the agreement or making the initial payment. If cancellation is requested within this period, 100% of the paid fees shall be refunded to the client.
2.3 Cancellation After 2 Days Non-Refundable
Any refund request submitted after the expiry of the two-day period shall not be accepted. 50 % return
3. Sweden Job Seeker Visa
3.1 Visa Processing Fee

3.2 Visa Refusal Partially Refundable
If the Sweden Job Seeker Visa application is refused, 50% of the visa processing fee paid by the applicant will be refunded. Embassy fees, degree assessment fees, and any third-party charges are non-refundable.
3.3 Cancellation Within 2 Days Partially Refundable
The client has the right to request a refund within two (2) calendar days from the date of signing the agreement or making the initial payment. If cancellation is requested within this period, €375 shall be refunded to the client.
3.4 Cancellation After 2 Days Non-Refundable
Any refund request submitted after the expiry of the two-day period shall not be accepted.
4. German Ausbildung Placement Program
The total service fee for the German Ausbildung Placement Program is €4,000, payable in two installments:

4.1 Refund Within 10 Days Refundable
If the client decides to cancel the process within 10 calendar days of making the initial payment, Future Migrate shall provide a 100% refund of the first installment (50 %).
4.2 Refund After 10 Days Partially Refundable
If the client cancels the process after 10 calendar days of payment, but before receiving any Ausbildung contract, only 50% of the first installment shall be refunded.
4.3 After Issuance of Ausbildung Contract Non-Refundable
Once the Ausbildung contract has been secured and issued to the applicant, the first installment becomes non-refundable, and the remaining 50 % becomes due and payable before visa submission.
4.4 Second Installment Refund Policy Partially Refundable
If the German Embassy refuses the visa application, 75% of the total fee will be refunded to the client. Only 25 % in placement and consultancy fees remains non-refundable.
Refund Request Procedure
All refund requests must be submitted officially through email (refund.futuremigrate@gmail.com) only. Verbal requests, phone calls, WhatsApp messages, or social media messages shall not be considered valid refund requests.
General Terms & Conditions
Scope of Service
Future Migrate provides consultancy, guidance, and application assistance services only.
Final Decisions
Final decisions regarding admission, visa approval, or rejection are solely made by universities, embassies, and immigration authorities.
Client Responsibility
The client is responsible for providing genuine, complete, and accurate documents and information.
Misrepresentation
Submission of false documents or misrepresentation may result in immediate termination of services without any refund.
Third-Party Fees Non-Refundable
Embassy fees, university application fees, translation charges, courier charges, insurance fees, document attestation charges, and all other third-party expenses are strictly non-refundable.
Delays
Future Migrate shall not be held responsible for delays caused by embassies, universities, immigration authorities, or third-party institutions.
No Guarantee
The client acknowledges that visa approval is not guaranteed and depends entirely upon the relevant immigration authorities.
