Clients should verify the identity and authority of any person requesting documents, payments, or commitments on behalf of Future Migrate.

Future Migrate shall not be responsible for commitments or representations made by unauthorized individuals.

9. WHATSAPP AND COMMUNICATION POLICY

Future Migrate may use WhatsApp, email, telephone, online forms, or other communication channels for client communication.

Where a WhatsApp number or group is designated as text-only, clients must communicate through text messages.

Voice calls, voice messages, and video calls may be prohibited on designated WhatsApp channels.

Where an automated system is used, attempts to make prohibited calls or send prohibited media may result in temporary or permanent blocking of the relevant number.

  • Cooling-off periods
  • Cancellation periods
  • Refund percentages
  • Non-refundable fees
  • Milestone-based payment conditions

Where a service-specific refund policy exists, it forms part of the agreement for that service.

The client should review the relevant refund policy before making payment.

Future Migrate’s existing website already publishes service-specific refund terms for certain services, so those terms should remain consistent with this general Terms & Conditions page.

12. VISA REFUSAL

A visa refusal does not automatically establish that Future Migrate failed to provide its contracted services.

Where a service includes a specific visa-refusal refund or continuation policy, the applicable service-specific policy will apply.

Government and third-party fees are generally outside Future Migrate’s control and may be non-refundable.

A client must not assume that a visa refusal automatically creates a right to a full refund unless such right is expressly stated in the applicable service agreement or refund policy.

18. WEBSITE CONTENT

Future Migrate makes reasonable efforts to maintain accurate and useful information on its website.

However, immigration and visa information may become outdated due to changes in laws, regulations, government policies, or administrative procedures.

Website articles, guides, examples, estimates, and general information should not be treated as a guarantee that a particular applicant qualifies for a particular immigration route.

25. NO WAIVER OF LEGAL RIGHTS

Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove or restrict any mandatory legal rights that a consumer may have under applicable law.

Where mandatory consumer-protection laws apply, those rights remain unaffected.

Where mandatory consumer laws apply, those laws will prevail to the extent required.

The appropriate jurisdiction shall be determined according to applicable law and the nature of the service relationship.

32. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain effective to the extent permitted by law.
