Celeste Visa & Immigration Consultants is looking for a knowledgeable, customer-focused, and experienced Visa & Tour Consultant to join our team on a remote basis.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting clients with visa applications, providing accurate and professional guidance, preparing and reviewing documentation, and ensuring a smooth and transparent visa-processing experience from initial consultation to application submission.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide professional consultation regarding visit, study, work, and immigration visa options.
• Assess clients’ profiles and recommend suitable visa pathways.
• Explain rules, costs, and steps clearly via virtual communication.
• Guide clients regarding required documents, application procedures, and timelines.
• Check client files, bank statements, and forms to ensure accuracy before submission.
• Handle client inquiries and convert potential leads into successful clients.
• Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and excellent communication while working remotely.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in visa consultancy, immigration, or travel/tourism is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of visa procedures and documentation.
• Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage clients remotely.
• Strong follow-up, sales, and negotiation skills.
• Professional attitude with a customer-first approach.

Pay: Rs30,000.00 – Rs60,000.00 per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Lahore
