Position: Student & Visit Visa Consultant

We are looking for motivated, dedicated, and career-oriented individuals to join our team as Student & Visit Visa Consultants.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide consultation and guidance to clients regarding student and visit visa options.
• Assess client profiles and recommend suitable visa pathways.
• Assist clients in preparing and organizing visa application documents.
• Prepare and manage visa application files accurately and professionally.
• Stay updated with immigration policies, embassy requirements, and country-specific visa regulations.
• Complete and review visa application forms to ensure accuracy.
• Guide students regarding admission requirements, application procedures, and study destinations.
• Maintain client confidentiality and ensure privacy between clients and the company.
• Follow up with clients throughout the visa application process.
• Maintain organized records and comply with company procedures and standards.

Requirements

• Minimum qualification: Bachelor’s degree (Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, Education, or related field preferred).
• Candidates from other educational backgrounds may also apply.
• Fresh candidates are welcome to apply.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good computer proficiency and documentation skills.
• Willingness to learn about visa processing, admission procedures, and immigration regulations.
• Ability to work professionally, responsibly, and maintain confidentiality.
• Previous experience in student counseling or visa consultancy will be considered an advantage.

Working Hours

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Office Hours: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Weekly Off: Sunday
